Direction to use

Spread a bowl of hot cooked rice on a plate, add ghee or sesame oil and 1 tsp of SURASRITHI MIXED DAL POWDER, mix well. Adjust the quantity of Dal Powder according to taste. It is best enjoyed on its own or can be combined with roasted papad, vatalkozhambu, sambar or pickle.

  • Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Dry Ginger – Ginger has a very long history of use in various forms of traditional medicine or as a spice in cooking. It’s been used to aid digestion, reduce nausea, and help fight the flu and common cold, to name a few of its purposes.
  • Hing/Asafoetida – Asafoetida is a spice that is used for a variety of purposes such as treating stomach disorders, Respiratory disorders, and this is a good spice that can be taken in the cold and winter season as well. It also helps in removing chest congestion and helps to maintain skin texture and improves skin moisture and radiance.
